The service

SlabPilot is software that helps businesses track trading cards sent for grading and share status updates with their customers. SlabPilot is not a grading company, does not handle physical cards, and is not affiliated with PSA, CGC, SGC, Beckett or any other grading company.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the records you enter.

Subscriptions and billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with advance notice.
